Atir Cycles | Artist Editions

Josh_McQuary54

Atir Cycles has put the limited edition artist bikes up on their site. These bikes were custom painted for the 13 Dreams art show in Portland earlier this month and now can be yours. This bike by Joshua McQuary is one of many you have the opportunity to get your hands on. Someone also told me it’s “Shark Week,” so I felt this bike was fitting.

Atir Cycles On The Streets Of Portland Oregon

Atir Cycles sent this video over last night. They also informed me that, they, along with Upper Playground, will be having an art show August 1st, in Portland.

The Atir Cycles and Upper Playground opening will showcase 12 bikes each artistically designed by an artist with ties to Upper Playground PDX. Atir Cycles will also showcase in house bike designs. The bikes will be auctioned off with a portion of the proceeds going to the Community Cycling Center of Portland‘s children’s bike program.

Stay tuned.. I will have more information regarding the show as soon as it becomes available.

“Inspired by the view of Mt. Hood from Portland Oregon’s Council Crest Park and a shirt design from Pacific Northfresh we took a ride to Council Crest park to take in the view and bomb down the massive hills into downtown Portland. As it turned out Mt. Hood was socked in by clouds so we decided to take another look at the T- Shirt design and go pick one up for ourselves at Upper Playground PDX.”
